SO HOW'D IT GO?

Oh.  My.  Gosh.  AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I had a head of kale in my fridge leftover from another recipe, so I figured I would give this recipe a try.  SOOOOO glad I did!!!  Ate the entire thing right off the pan. Took about 15 minutes for the whole pan to crisp up. Followed the recipe exactly, except I seasoned with onion powder and garlic powder.  So yummy, but I think it would have been delicious without as well.  I am going to start making frequently!  Thanks for the recipe!!!!

I am dieing to try this recipe, I never had just plain kale(only in mixed greens). Beet and radish greens we have just been using in the compost pile! Course,  I didn't find out about garlic scapes until this season either(LOL)! How do you prepare those greens for this recipe? We almost always have them on hand ;)b

OH MY GOODNESS!!  ;D  These were so delicious!  I ended up adding about 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and a generous sprinkling of nutritional yeast.  I cooked them for 12 minutes.  Everyone should try this!
I have also roasted brussel sprouts this way (separated the leaves so they get crispy in the oven like chips) and they are also very tasty.  For those I just use sea salt, olive oil & a little freshly ground black pepper.

This was so good, I made two batches and ate the entire thing all by myself!

I followed the recipe exactly, and I wouldn't change a thing.

OH MY GOSH.  :)>>> I L.O.V.E. this dish. Easy, fast and cheap. These are my favorite recipes (being a broke college student who's perpetually short on time).  :D I will definitely make this again and try out some seasonings with it too!
