Mexican Dip

What you need: 

8 ounces vegan cream cheese
1 (15 ounce) can vegetarian refried beans
salsa, to taste
vegan cheddar cheese, shredded, to taste

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a baking dish, spread the ingredients in the following order: cream cheese, refried beans, salsa, and cheddar cheese.
3. Bake until the cheese is melted on top. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or pita chips at a party or during a football game.
Source of recipe: I think I originally found this in a Pampered Chef cookbook, and then made some modifications.
