Peanut Butter and Sauerkraut

What you need: 

peanut butter (I prefer crunchy)
sauerkraut
optional: chile-garlic sauce, such as huy-fong (recommended!)
bread

What you do: 

Make a sandwich with the ingredients: Spread the peanut butter on a piece of bread. Put sauerkraut on that, and generously spoon on the chile-garlic sauce if desired. Close sandwich.
Enjoy.
This maybe the strangest sandwich I eat, but it’s really good... also good with baked tofu, for added substance and protein and such.
