Peanut Butter Granola Bar

What you need: 

2/3 cup natural peanut butter

2/3 cup corn syrup (maple syrup doesn't work, believe me)

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips


1 1/3 sesame seeds

2/3 raw sunflower seeds

1/2 cup ground flaxseed


3 cups Bran Flakes (or mix Bran Flakes and oat, whatever you like)

What you do: 

1- Cover the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan with wax paper.

2- In a large saucepan, melt the peanut butter, corn syrup and vegan chocolate chips. Remove from heat as soon as everything is melted.

3- In a medium bowl, mix all together the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and the flax.

4- Add to the wet ingredients.

5- Add the Bran Flakes and stir.

6- Pour the mixture in the pan and cool in the freege for about one hour. 

7- Cut into 24 squares.

Eat them from the freege, or directly from the freezer (not at room temperature)
