SO HOW'D IT GO?

The pie is so GOOD I loved it

OMGoodness!  This pie is the bomb!  So simple that it brings out the natural deliciousness of the apples.
I used three varieties of apples to get the most from one pie: 2 golden delicious, 2 braeburn, and  3 granny smith.  I also decided to try replacing 1/4 cup sugar with the same amount of maple syrup for even more of an Autumn vibe.  I shouldn't have, though.  I ended up with maple syrup leaking out of the pie and onto the cookie sheet below.  I was amazed at how yummy the pie turned out considering my maple syrup disaster.  I'll be sure to follow the ingredients exactly next time!  I'll post a picture soon.

Where do you find vegan premade pie crust?

This apple pie was great!  My non-vegan family didn't even realize the difference, even with a whole wheat crust!  It was so easy with the pre-made crust!  I would def. make this again. :)

This filling was everything an apple pie should be, totally delicious!

Too bad my crust wasn't as incredible as the filling :(

For a first attempt at a pie EVER, I'd still consider it a success!

Thanks for the recipe!
