Pineapple Caribbean Smoothie

What you need:

1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
1 cup strawberries (frozen)
1 banana
1 cup vanilla soy milk
liquid sweetener (to sweeten for your taste)
handful ice cubes

What you do:

1. Thaw out frozen fruit in fridge overnight, so that its still cold for your smoothie but not hard and chunky. When its juicy fruit, it makes the smoothie smoother.
2. First break up ice in blender. Then add the milk.
3. While on pulse mode add strawberries, then bananas, then the pineapples.
4. Then add the liquid sweetener in the end for sweetness.
Tip: depending on the consistency you might want to add more soymilk or juicy fruit. However just because its pasty in the beginning with the ice and strawberries don’t add liquid yet, wait till the end.
Also, if you have an older blender like mine you might need to assist your machinery from the civil war by stirring the top of the mixture in the blender while its pulsing. Be careful not to get your spatula stuck in the blades!
