Pumpkin Fava Bean Hummus
What you need:
1 Cup Fava Beans
1/2 Cup Fresh Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp. Tahini
2 Tsp. Curry Powder
2 Limes Juiced
1 Tsp. Garlic
Salt to Taste
What you do:
Mix all ingredients in food processor until blended smoothly, or chunky! However you like.
Enjoy with your favorite raw veggies or bread variations!
