SO HOW'D IT GO?

I'm genetically preconditioned to high blood pressure, so I used curry powder in lieu of the salt and pepper. Still delicious!! In fact, it tasted a lot like French fries -- only light years healthier. Thank you so much for sharing!

;)b So simple but so good! The oven is my favorite way to cook asparagus now... it turns out so crunchy and perfect... My oven was at 375 as well (like previously mentioned) and I cooked for about 10 minutes. Perfect recipe as is or with a little creole seasoning sprinkled on top.

I didn't want asparagus season to pass me by!  So I roasted some spears and they came out great.  I sprinkled on mustard seeds like someone mentioned, and also some chili flakes and lemon zest and lemon juice after they came out of the oven.  Really good and easy.  Thanks!

This couldn't be easier and yummier!  I added some slices of garlic and sesame seeds.  I could have eaten the whole pan full of it, but I was feeling generous and shared with the boyfriend ^_^

This is my new favourite way of cooking asparagus!  I added lemon juice, lemon zest, and mustard seed, and roasted it at 450 C.  The oven I used is hotter than average.  Got tonnes of compliments on it!

I make this all the time because it's fast and easy.  It always turns out good.  I just turn the oven up to 375 or so though.  I think at 500 they would burn after 5 minutes or so...
