Savory Tofu and Peas in Thai Peanut Sauce

What you need: 

baked Savory flavored tofu - cubed
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 bell pepper (colored are nice)- chopped
1 small package frozen green peas
thai peanut sauce - bottled or make your own
fresh chopped cilantro
garlic (I use powder) - to taste
cayenne pepper - to taste
soy tamari - or Braggs Liquid Aminos - to taste
extra ground coriander - to taste
dark sesame seed oil - or any other kind

What you do: 

Saute the onion and bell pepper in a small amount of oil with the garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until peas are heated thru.
Not sure if it would taste the same with another kind of tofu. I just Love Savory flavored baked tofu.
I have a difficult time trying to not eat it before I throw it in the skillet! I guess you could use some kind of smoky baked tofu. I wouldn't use fresh tofu.
