Simple Spicy Sesame Mashed Potatoes

What you need: 

4 medium potatoes, peeled vegetable oil, as needed 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper pinch salt 3 1/2 tablespoons coconut milk 1/4 cup lemon juice handful parsley, chopped, optional handful sesame seeds

What you do: 

1. Boil or steam potatoes for about 20 minutes, or until done. Place potatoes in a pot and add a drizzle of oil. Mash with a potato masher. 2. Add seasonings, coconut milk and lemon juice. Stir and mash until liquids are integrated into the potatoes. 3. Stir in parsley and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

somewhat lemony, lightly spiced. A nice alternative to regular ole mashed potatoes. The sesame flavor isn't strong, since it's only the seeds.
