Spicy Protein Salad

What you need: 

Fresh baby spinach
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped, to taste
1/2 cup edamame, cooked
1 handful cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Raw broccoli, chopped, as desired
Alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup Black Beans
Balsamic vinegar, to taste
Olive oil
1 pinch ground mustard seeds (optional)

What you do: 

1) Fill a salad bowl with washed baby spinach. Top with edamame (warm or cold), black beans, tomatoes, broccoli, jalapeno, and alfalfa sprouts. Combine oil and vinegar for dressing. Add a pinch of ground mustard seed to dressing for a kick! Dress your salad and enjoy!
You can add any veggies. This salad is also great with slices of cucumber and yellow pepper.
