Swiss Chard and Peppers

What you need: 

1 small onion, diced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper
4 white mushrooms, sliced, optional
1 tablespoon corn or canola oil
1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons soy sauce

What you do: 

1. Over a medium to high heat, sauté the mushrooms, onions and peppers in oil until onions are slightly translucent.
2. Add the Swiss chard, thyme and lemon pepper. Blend the ingredients well.
3. Reduce the heat, then add the soy sauce. Cook until the Swiss chard is slightly cooked. Serve and enjoy!!
