Tofu mayo

What you need: 

3/4 lb firm or x-firm tofu
1/4 cup oil
2 tabelspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons vegan sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
water as needed for blending

What you do: 

Put all ingrediants into a blender(liquid first)and blend until smooth. Refridgerate. The lemon juice, vegan sugar and cider vinegar can be adjusted to taste. For a sour cream add more lemon juice and less vinegar.
