Tomatillo Guacamole

What you need:

3 small to medium tomatillos
2 ripe avocados
1 or 2 green onions
2 cloves of garlic

What you do:

De-husk and rinse tomatillos then cut them 1/2- 1 into cubes. Dice green onions (even the green part) and garlic cloves. Place all ingredients into a food processor. Slice avocados in half, set aside the pits. Take a spoon and scoop out the insides of the avocado into the food processor. Puree all ingredients in the food processor for about 5-10 seconds until mixture is well blended and in small pieces. (Or howe'ver long it takes to get a texture you're happy with.)
Great for tacos (MMmm!) or just for dipping. If you have leftovers, (I've heard) you can put the pit of the avocado in with the guacamole keep it from turning brown.
