Walnut-Rice Roast

What you need: 

1 cup rice, cooked
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup non-dairy milk (soy milk)
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Fresh ground pepper to taste

What you do: 

Combine ingredients and mix well. Bake in an oiled loaf pan at 350 F for about one hour.
