Yummy to Your Vegan Tummy Peanut sauce

What you need:

1 cup of natural peanut butter
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
2 cloves of garlic

What you do:

Put the liquid ingredients and garlic in the blender and blend it all up. Add peanut butter... keep adding it until the sauce thickens up. You can use it right away but its always better if you put it in the fridge for 15 mins or so. Put on rice (the best is basmati) and tofu stir fry and vegetables.. and whatever else you might think it would be good on!! Just use your taste buds and add ingredients here and there for your preferred taste. ITS GOOD STUFF!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! ENJOY!!! *LOVE AND LET BE LOVED*

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Yikes! This tasted more like vinegar than peanut to me.  I'll try adding less next time.

i just made this tonight and found it a bit too vinegary but otherwise great. i used braggs apple cider vinegar, which might be more potent than others, i don't know.  i added a dollop of extra peanut butter and a little honey (vegans could use sugar or nectar i suppose), and that made it more to my taste.  it's very easy and a good consitency.  i used it for one of my favorite dinners, which is plain brown rice and steamed green cabbage with peanut sauce, which sounds funny but is really excellent.

Just made this and yum!  I used cashew butter instead of peanut butter, about a tsp. of ground ginger and and about a tsp. of black strap molasses for some sweetness.  Excellent!
