Yumtastic Granola Bars

What you need:

1/2 cup vegan cheerios
1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
1 cup vegan cornflakes
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup oats (steel or normal, not instant)
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 (heaping) tablespoon brown rice syrup
1 tablespoon barley malt syrup
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon-1 tablespoon vanilla, to taste
natural sweetener, to taste (I used three packets of Truvia)

What you do:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line an 8x8" with tinfoil or parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together the cheerios, puffed rice, cornflakes, oats, and both kinds of seeds. Then, add cinnamon and mix so that everything is dusted with it. Put aside.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, put rice and barley syrup, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla. Mix until the peanut butter has thinned out and everything has dissolved. Remove from heat.
3. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until everything is covered. Then, put into your baking dish and press it down. Put into oven and bake for about 40 minutes (for thicker bars), until firm. Time may vary depending on the thickness of your bars, so keep an eye on them.
You can use different nuts/cereal, just keep the ending amount of the dry ingredients the same.
Nutritional Information: each bar was about 120ish calories and around 5-6g fat.
Source of recipe: I was bored and wanted to make something somewhat healthy and low cal/sugar/fat for future breakfasts or snacks, and this is what I came up with.
