You're absolutely right, EIMD. The "homeless" doggie made me catch my breath. And I immediately thought of that old song, "You're my home."

Ha, this one is funny! When Scooter was a kitten he used to get into my cubboard and find the extra rolls of toilet paper stored there. He would drag one out and proceed to rip it to shredds. I would come home from work to find toilet paper EVERYWHERE. The first couple of times it was cute. But after the 4th or 5th time I started getting mad about it. I started keeping the bathroom door closed, but every once in awhile I forgot to close the bathroom door and I would come home to toilet paper EVERYWHERE again.
I am so glad that he grew out of that. But it is funny now that I look back at it, but at the time I was getting really sick of it.
Oh I forgot about the time I had remembered to close the bathroom door, so he found the paper towel roll instead...you can probably imagine.
So I began putting the paper towel roll in the fridge.

This was Sidra this morning. I am not sure what got into her, but she was meowing at me and walking around me in circles. I looked at her food bowl and saw there was food in it, she had water. Didn't know what was wrong, so I picked her up and she layed her head on my arm while I hugged her. She just wanted a hug, my heart went all gooshy. She is turning into the most affectionalte cat that I ever had, she just can't get enough peting, hugs, and sweet talking. I love her so much.
I LOVE ANIMALS! I LOVE MY BABIES!
My roomate's cat entered my room one day and played some rolls of paper. He really had a field day. But when I entered my room, my first thought was to be mad, of course, but then I saw hidden in a pile of paper on my bed with just his head sticking out looking at me as if nothing had happen. I do regret not having taken a picture. :)

animals are so smart! your kittie probably knows that you have another person inside you, so when she gets a hug from you, she gets a hug from two people!
