Show me your cookbooks..........

I'm curious what your cookbook collection looks like, even if it's only one or two, how you arrange them, how you store them. Take a picture and post it here.
I have a relatively long kitchen and I've been putting them within reach, but away from where I cook, on the counter. I usually keep authors together but there's no rhyme or reason to how they are arranged, other than the taller/fatter books are to the left.

well, I have a buttload of regular cookbooks, but only three vegan ones, kinda not worth taking a photo of!

It's weird with tens of thousands of recipes here, and elsewhere online that I would be so addicted to cookbooks. But I'm weird like that. :)

I'm in the same boat as OWW, I only have 3 veg cookbooks and only 2 of those are vegan....but tons of omni cookbooks, guess i need to donate those to someone
I had only three omni books. Last year I gave them away to my sister and her daughter. I realized there was nothing in them I needed, nor will ever need. Been collecting veggie books about 20 years, but the last year I've almost doubled my collection and I'm getting out of hand.
The good thing about that is I never had the same dinner twice, always something new to try.

pretty much the same for me, though this is something J complains about - even if there's some recipe he really liked, he's unlikely to see it again soon because i'm always trying to work through cookbooks.
Mine are on a bookshelf. A lot of them came from yard sales, especially the vegetarian ones. I pretty much use the same ones all the time though. I forget I even have some of those books.

Thanks oww! That cubby is too small for anything else. :) The kitchen is modern and fancy. I'm still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles on the appliances.

This is my Front Room's book shelf with 1 shelf full of cookbooks, only 2 are omni leftovers and one is a huge binder of printed VW, blog and Vegan Feast Newsletter recipes. Of course there is a shelf right next to all this that looks more like this....

Just wanted to say that my daughter saw the skulls on your shelf and thinks they are REALLY cool! We have one skull that my hubby bought at Disney when he was a teen. His name is Fred, lol!

Thanks! Those are just a tiny portion of the skulls hanging out at our home. heh Usually I name my skulls Bob, but the large center one is named Dugg from the creator. Those two large ones specifically lived outside last summer so they have weathered nicely I think.

Very cool, Cali! It's funny, when I think of skulls I always think of the name Bob, lol! It sounds like you've got quite the collection. My daughter has a few and unbeknownst to my hubby, she kind of confiscated Fred, lol!

How funny, that's why we always think of Bob! We used to watch The Dresden Files when it was on TV and LOVED Bob, lol!
