raw foods?

I'm feeling a bit heavy from carbohydrates, so I'm going to eat raw tomorrow, perhaps the next few days(?), so I was wondering what are  some raw foods I can eat? I'm having a raw smoothie in the morning and probably a salad at lunch, or maybe another smoothie, but what about soup? How do you make raw soup?

I once tried raw pumpkin soup which was basically pureed pumpkin with a little salt, crushed garlic and coconut shavings. Maybe you'd like it :)

Have you checked the raw food recipe section on here?  There are a lot of really delicious sounding recipes.

I switch off between two raw breakfasts:
1. Green smoothie (fruit/kale)
2. Chopped apple mixed with chopped raw almonds drizzled with Agave Nectar and sprinkled with cinnamon (yummmmmm!)

I just finished reading "12 Steps to Raw: How to end your addiction to cooked food"- it was AWESOME!!  My friend is a raw vegan, and the book was hers, otherwise I'd post the recipe for raw soup that is in the book.  It sounded tasty.  Funny you're doing this, I also am "raw fasting" for the next few days.  I also have a recipe for raw tacos- mmmmmmm.
Walnut meat, anyone?
