So, my hubby and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary over the weekend, and we went to Grezzo in the north end of Boston. It is a raw vegan restaurant and it was really good. My omni dh even said he would go there again. Makes me think more about going raw?!? The brownie sundae is awesome!!! Has anyone else eaten there? It may not be everyones cup of tea, but it was an experience. We also went to Wagamama(sp) in Faneuil Hall. It is a Japanese style noodle place. Big on ramen and rice dishes. Our waiter was vegan!!! He was great. We chatted about vegan baking and stuff. I loved it!! I had a rice bowl that was so good. Yummy weekend!!
Oh I have been meaning to get over to Grezzo. I haven't tried it yet! I haven't been to Vej Naturals over in Malden either. So many vegan places around Boston that I need to go to! Gees, I haven't even tried Wheeler's yet.
I was there nearly a year ago and met up with a few fellow VWers (I was there for a conference). It was fun, but pretty pricey. Though the food was really good. I'm more of a hearty eater, so our feast didn't really fill me up, but it was fun for something different.

I haven't been to Grezzo yet either. I'm not sure my wallet wants me to go though. Vej Naturals is totally affordable and delicious though!!! We must go together sometime!! And Wheeler's! Ahhh!!!
I really really want to go to Wheelers. Have you been? I have yet to make one of the Boston (New York /New England) get togethers, but I would love to meet up at Wheelers sometime. Where is Vej Naturals??
