Open letters
Seeing as we've got confessions and problems and issues springing up in threads all over the shop, I thought it might be interesting to have an open letter thread. Cathartic, perhaps. From your mother ruining your wedding, to your boyfriend who can't stop peeing on the toilet seat, or even that guy on the bus who kept making that annoying noise with his mouth, get it out here.
I'll get the ball rolling.
To my dear darling boyfriend,
Just because you are technically 'clean' when you come out the shower, it doesn't mean that I am okay with using the same towel you've been rubbing all over yourself for a month. I know you have others. I bought you two myself. Drag them out from the murky depths of the laundry basket, wash them and allow me the temporary use of a clean one.

Dear AC and HH,
In the parts that have been deemed unsafe, the surrounding walls are more or less rotting away. One of the engineers working on the building demonstrated this by putting his hand through the wall. Eeek!
Of course, we've been working in the building for months without realizing this, so it's probably not going to collapse at any second, but because of liability issues we have to stay out of the unsafe areas for now.

Don’t laugh….
It’s the superman logo but instead of the “S” in the middle it has “TK”, my husband’s initials. It all started as a joke because I call him superman, he’s freakishly strong and pretty buff. So I was gonna go get the tattoo for kicks and surprise him.

Your profile doesn't have any info about where you live and I can't remember if you've mentioned it. Please don't be in California. We have earthquakes here that may not care that you're in the "safe" part of the building when it collapses.

PB: Have you looked on the PPK? There are a lot of recipes on there, though I haven't searched specifically for cupcakes.
Do you like orange? I make double orange cupcakes (recipe from Veg Times) frequently, and they are SUPER fast and easy. I think I posted the recipe in a forum once, but I'm too lazy to look for it.

Dear Car,
I know we have a rocky relationship, you being the "other transport" and all. Trust me, I don't like spending time together any more than you do. I am sorry I have had to suddenly come running back to you after many weeks of peaceful distance. We both know that Bike is my first love, but unfortunately, I cannot take Bike 100 miles to Minneapolis. Nor can I take Bike 500 miles to Kansas City. At least not in the time frame life has allotted me. Therefore, I would really appreciate if you could turn off the service engine light and just suck it up for four more days. I promise when I get to Kansas City I will take you to get checked out. Further, when we get back home, I will lock you in the garage and you can rest to your heart's content for a long, long time.
