hydration challenge

So, Ive been thinking about that thread a while ago about water and the overwhelming number of us who admitted we have a hard time staying hydrated, lets make a hydration support group...if you will. Water, decaf tea, maybe decaf coffee and water with flavor enhancers all count- whatever it takes to get you drinking H2O. Lets just take the challenge one day at a time but hopefully keep it going until we have established some healthy hydration habits.Whatever your hydration goal is or however much you drink now, doesn't matter...all you need to do is set a goal that challenges YOU.  Give us the reason(s) you want to be hydrated, your goal and how you are going to reach that goal (your plan.) Then check in later to let us know how you did. I'll go first I guess...

Reason:I want to hydrate because the reasons that I used to fear drinking water no longer need to apply to me. I have read that good hydration also helps combat fatigue, and depression. Im interested to see if this is true.

Goal:(for now) My goal is to drink through out the day, ideally 32 Ounces a day to start

Plan:To achieve this i will drink an 8 oz glass of water at breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bed.

Progress: I drank my 8 ounces at breakfast today. (and I already have to pee)

please don't make me do this alone!
