I know some of their products are not vegan, but I just had to inform everyone about a free food opportunity. If you go to the link below, Kashi will mail you a free single-serving snack, no strings. I don't know if the offered snacks are vegan but they are your choice of a dark chocolate cookie, 7 Grain crackers, or a Trail Mix granola bar. I got the cookie. ;D
i requested a cookie too! I can't wait to receive a cookie in the mail!
I also received my free wildwood yogurt coupons in the mail today, hopefully someone by me sells it.
boo hoo! All the snacks are full of wheat :(
I just got a cookie!! Thanks for that link!! I love free cookies. :D I'm not well versed in Kashi. I thought they only did cereal so this will be an interesting cookie...to say the least. LOL
I traded a cupcake for a trail mix bar. Thanks for the link!
the actual kashi bus is travelling around too.. when they come to chicago i'll have to go trade to get another goodie!
I like their trail mix. No, it's not vegan (it's got whey in it), but they are addicting. I've been eating Cliff bars lately, but I eat Kashi now and then.
Thanks! Ihave been all about free food lately! Maybe this will get me one step closer to becoming a freegan! :D
I just heard about www.sunsweet.com giving free samples of dried fruit....

I just signed up for all of them. Thanks for the link!
Maybe we should start a Free Food Notification thread (if one doesn't already exist).
It always bugs me when you check out a site that has free samples and it doesn't tell you "US residents only" until you've filled out all the forms and done their survey or whatever! Grrr. But, I did find a couple other ones only open to US people:
Diane's Naturals Cereal Bars - http://www.diana-naturals.com/sweet/S08_cereal_acerola.php4
Braggs - http://www.bragg.com/aboutbragg/sample.html
