This week's Superstar VegWebber is probably the most welcoming person on the planet. If you're new to VegWeb, he's there to say hello and show you the ropes. I thought I was special when he welcomed me to the site with such open arms but then I saw that he does this with everyone and thought, "Okay, this guy is the best." Funny, smart, and fabulous, I honestly can't imagine VegWeb without Tweety. Also, he's been here since 1996 or 1997, RESPECT! Tweety, you rule, thank you so much for being the greatest!!

VegWebber since?  I'm going to guess and say 1996 or 1997.  VegWeb was one of the first sites I visited regularly when I first got internet.

Vegetarian, Vegan or ?? - Vegan, but only since Sept.  It was through encouragement from fellow vegwebbers that I finally made the plunge and after nearly 18 years of vegetarianism (off and on) wondered what took me so long?

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb?  I'm a registered nurse at the local not-for-profit here.  I have a desk job but am returning to bedside nursing, my true love in January

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) The peace of mind.  I didn't realize what a burden being non-vegan was to my soul...that and the food!  The wonderful variety of great eating is amazing.
