Weekly Giveaway: Appetite for Reduction! winner is mamarati!
Well, she's at it again. Vegan goddess, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, has written a book that makes healthy eating sexy and delicious. I'm impressed. I mean, we all knew she could do it for cupcakes and cookies, but Brussel sprouts? She's gone above and beyond. Appetite for Reduction (http://www.theppk.com/books/appetite-for-reduction/) is the perfect cookbook. It makes healthy food delicious and brings perspective to the phrase, "diet food". No more chemicals and fake foods, these are whole foods that make you feel a whole lot better. I'm also excited to see a book about nutritious eating that isn't just about weight loss, but rather about becoming a healthier you. Pretty freaking cool.
For your chance to win a copy, let me know what your favorite winter veggies dish is.
Giveaway ends on Tuesday, January 18th at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random! Must live in USA to win.
Good luck!

It's so unfair that you have to live in the USA to win. What if you have an address there that the prize can be sent to? I want to win this. And it ends on my birthday so it would be an awesome present if I could win. Anyway, my favorite winter veggie dish is roasted winter squash. Or pot pie, but that's not just veggies.
My favie in the winter time? Roasted red potatoes! Or sometimes, a nice big bowl of vegan chili and a big hunk of vegan loaf bread to dip in it!
Roasted brussel sprouts or roasted parsnips. Heaven.
I love any kind of soup, but I especially love Sonya's French Lentil Soup on this site. The combination of flavors (especially the red wine) make it one of the most savory and comforting meals I've ever made.
