Mine has to be "Foul Owl on the Prowl" from the movie, "In the Heat of the Night." It's available on YouTube but I haven't mastered the "embed" thing.

In a very different vein, I also like Trout Fishing In America's tongue-twisting 'Proper Cup of Coffee', which is a sort of history of the world told from the perspective of that all-important task: finding a good cup of joe.

There's a Wednesday 13 song called "Bad Things" and it's so understated and simplistic. It makes me laugh every time. It's a little violent, but I'm sorry, it's funny. Here are some highlights:

Well, many of the songs out nowadays are hilarious...but there's a song from my youth that still cracks me up - "Buttermilk Biscuits" by Sir Mix-a-lot
There's also a song by (I think) Blink 182..something about rubbing your d*ck in broken glass?! I haven't heard it in over a year but when I first heard it, I was speechless. The person I was with couldn't stop laughing at the song and my reaction. lol!

my best friend always has some great jam sessions on her porch and i have never heard one serious song come out of her. one time i walked onto her porch to hear this home made jingle, which we still find ourselves singing to this day:

And let us not forget "MacArthur Park." Not only does it require the range of a grand-opera tenor to pull it of (which almost none of the people who do covers of it have), the words are seriously disconnected.
I mean, "Someone left the cake out in the rain, and I don't think that I can take it, cuz it took so long to bake it, and I'll never have that recipe again?"
And all that nonsense about "sweet green icing flowing down." High, much?
