Fast easy recipes

Hi I'm new to the vegan world. I am hoping I can get some help with recipes that are fast simple and kid friendly. I have 4 kids 18-6 and Im not sure they or my husband are gonna be to thrilled about the change Im making. So if I have some really good dishes to serve right away then I will have better luck winning them over : ) Thanks for the help.
