SO HOW'D IT GO?

I'm going to try this, but I think I'll use Barbados molasses to make a bit softer of a flavor

I made this one day at work, but I wasn't really a fan.  I love molasses, and I love banana, but maybe not together...

This is good - it has a bit of a tang to it that I'm not sure I love. Today I made as per this recipe, served  with a sprinkling of raw sugar & topped with rice milk. Very nice - except for that tang. Think next time I'll try golden syrup instead of molasses. Think a sprinkling of sultanas would mix well too. Thanks for a nice easy, hearty winters breakfast recipe. :)
