Banana Walnut Breakfast Salad

What you need:

1 large banana, sliced
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 to 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
agave nectar or other natural sweetener, to taste

What you do:

1. Place sliced banana in bowl.
2. Top with coconut, walnuts, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
3. Drizzle agave nectar on top. (I have also used Suzanne’s Just Like Honey Rice Nectar and have sprinkled with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.) Enjoy!
