SO HOW'D IT GO?

I totally just made these, and they really WHERE the best tasting pancakes ever :) I did alter it a bit. Used 3/4 cup stone ground flour and 1/2 cup regular and added like, 3 more tsp of raw sugar :) Amazing

So yummy! I've tried COUNTLESS pancake recipes and this is the first one that was the right consistency. Thanks!

I've been making these a lot lately, and ran out of plain flour so I used self-raising flour and omitted the baking powder and they still turned out really well  ;)b

This recipe is so much better than the other popular pancake recipe on the site. I use 1/4 c. pumpkin and add some pumpkin pie spice to the batter and the pancakes always turn out fluffy and perfect.

My husband is the pancake king.  Seriously, every time he makes pancakes they are fabulous, the best I have ever had! These ones were ok but definitely not the best tasting ever.  I may be in the minority but I have never had a bad vegan pancake (maybe cause he is cooking them). These were not bad either but they were just not as light and fluffy as what you except from a really good pancake recipe.

These are the best pancakes I ever made! I used mashed banana as an egg replacer and used vanilla soy milk instead regular one. My boyfriend and 2 years old daughter ate them all and demanded more :) Now I have to make them at least twice a week.

I just made these pancakes and they are awesome! I didn't have egg replacer so I used 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. I also added 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract for extra flavor. I should have added more soymilk because it would have made it easier to pour into the pan but they still came out very good. My son loved them and I will make them again!

You were SO right with the name of this recipe! First time I made them, I followed the recipe just as you have it,using a banana for the egg substitute,  and second and third times, added cocoa powder in addition to the bananas.... oh wow! These were so good, I almost forgot to stop eating! THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE!  ;)b

These were super NOM! I made two batches. For the second I left out the vanilla and put in some veggies. Made a yummy dinner :) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

These are good! They are a little chewy, but I don't mind-- I used a banana, and subbed agave for sugar and applesauce for oil (as I fry them in oil, so I don't need an oil overload).
My fiancee will love these, I know it. They're very filling and satisfying.
Next time, I will make them with half whole wheat(or spelt) flour, as I prefer whole grain pancakes.
They took a lot less syrup than other pancakes, which is good for me, because I'm a syrup fiend, and maple is quite expensive.
This will be my new pancake recipe, as they're easy and filling and just plain good. We all need to splurge once in a while!  ;)b
