Chiffon Berry Bliss
1 bag of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 8 oz. container of lemon flavored soy yogurt (or you can add lemon extract to regular soy yogurt)
1 small container of vegan whipped topping such as Hip Whip
Super easy and yummy!
1. Empty frozen berries into four separate dishes or serving bowls. And let thaw for an hour in the fridge
2. Whip together with a spoon, the soy yogurt and the whipped topping.
3. Distribute the mixture on top of the fruit bowls.
4. They should be ready to serve within an hour of being in the fridge. the idea is to have the juices from the berries melt a little in the bottom of the bowl, and be just a little frozen on the inside!
