Chive Cream-Cheeze

What you need: 

1 package firm tofu (drained)
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together in food processor until smooth. Use for vegan breads, bagels, sandwiches, chips and baked pita slices.
