Creamy Mustard Dressing

What you need:

2 Tablespoons mustard (any kind, but try Westbrae Stoneground)
About the same amount of soy milk (not sweet - Edensoy original is good)
Oil, if you feel its necessary
Salt, pepper, etc., if you feel its necessary

What you do:

OK, its not much of a recipe, but its really quick and simple, and a rare source of creaminess fors.
Add the soy milk slowly, until you like the consistency. You don't really need the other ingredients.
(I do things to taste, so I'm not sure if these measurements are accurate. Improvise! Dont read recipes to tell you what to do!!!)

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I really liked this.  I used dijon mustard and unsweetened soymilk.  I also added a splash of hot sauce and some pepper.  I'll use this again and probably vary the spices. Yum!
