Kafies Favorite Sandwich

What you need: 

2 slices whole wheat bread (I make my own ^_^)
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
vegan turkey or chicken slice(s) (I used oven roasted Tofurkey)
tomato
lettuce (salad mix actually works really well too!)
cucumber slices (raw, not pickled)

What you do: 

Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each slice of bread. Sprinkle the yeast on one slice and place the vegan meat on the other slice. Stick in the toaster oven, and toast. Add tomato, lettuce and cucumber slices.
