Macaroni Skillet

What you need: 

1 cup elbow macaroni
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound textured vegetable protein
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 can chunky vegetable soup
oil
salt and pepper (to taste)

What you do: 

Cook macaroni.
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until translucent. Add vegetable protein, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Heat for just a minute or two.
Add vegetable soup, stir. Cook over medium heat until hot.
Add macaroni and continue to heat for a few minutes until everything is nice and warm.
Easy and quick. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

sorry that wasnt clear. i just mean vegetable soup... the kind that has chunks of vegetables. like minnestrone soup without the pasta. vegetable broth wouldnt add much to the dish. but the soup with vegetables gives the recipe substance.

Do you have to use chunky soup, or can you use veggie broth? Where would I get chunky soup?
