Mongolian-Style Noodles

What you need:

spaghetti noodles or soba noodles
soy sauce
sesame oil
sesame seeds
scallions
onions
green, red, or yellow peppers
tomatoes (optional)
garlic powder (or salt)

What you do:

Cook noodles as directed. Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in frying pan (enough to coat the pan). Add peppers, onions, scallions, any other veggies, and sesame seeds. Cook on medium-low heat. When noodles are finished, rinse with hot water. Drain and add to pan with veggies. Add more sesame oil if necessary to keep the ingredients moist. Add soy sauce and garlic. Cook and keep adding soy sauce a little at a time until noodles are brownish. Serve and enjoy. It tastes just like it came off the hibachi grill!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Really easy, definitely adjustable to taste or what's on hand with the vegetables. I didn't use tomatoes since my boyfriend isn't a fan and I forgot the sesame seeds, but I added mushrooms and spinach. Very tasty. It will definitely end up on my table again.
