Mud Balls

What you need: 

1-1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
1 cup vegan chocolate chips or carob chips
3/4 cup nondairy milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar (or other sweetener)
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)
1/4 cup cocoa powder

What you do: 

1. In a pan, heat peanut butter, chocolate chips, nondairy milk, and sugar.
2. Remove from heat and add quick oats, raisins, and cocoa; stir until well blended. The texture should be moist enough to form into balls once slightly cooled. Add more milk if too dry.
3. Roll into balls and place onto baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and freeze. YUM
