Mud Balls

What you need: 

1 cup vegan carob chips
1 1/2 cups chunky all natural peanut butter
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup nondairy milk
3 cups oats

What you do: 

1. Heat carob chips in saucepan until melted, add peanut butter, raisins, and milk.
2. Stir in the oats, and then roll into balls and put into the freezer.
3. After a few hours, they are ready to be enjoyed.
We grab one out of the freezer almost everytime we walk into the kitchen! My husband says they are better than his mom's original mud balls.
