Poor Boy's Morning Delight

What you need: 

1 slice of your favorite bread
1 oz vegan cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 cup beans of your choice (I chose pinto)
2 tablespoon diced onion
pinch garlic salt
pinch chili powder

What you do: 

For a delicious, hearty breakfast, Melt 2 slices of vegan cheddar across your bread, in the oven or microwave.
Top with beans and microwave a few seconds longer. Toss onions on and sprinkle on garlic salt and chili powder.
Eat with a fork. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Mmmm... I love beans.. I'm gonna give this a try.. maybe even with hummus vs. cheese or on toast :)
