Soy Delicious Strawberry Banana Shake or Smoothie

What you need:

1 cup Vanilla soy milk
8 medium Driscoll organic strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced in half
1 medium banana, cut in thirds
sweetener as needed
ice as needed to thicken

What you do:

Throw all in blender and blenderize. If you freeze the fruit in a plastic ziptop baggie (defrost slightly in microwave before placing in blender), there is no need for the ice. Or omit ice altogether for a shake. I have this smoothie about every single day. Yum, enjoy :)

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Great, simple recipe. I used half of a banana. I think it would have been better to use the whole thing, but I'm trying to use up extra strawberries so I used extra strawberries and less banana. This would be great with other fruits as well. I didn't add any sweeter and it turned out perfect.

;D  This smoothie is amazing!  I used a little bit of agave nectar to sweeten mine, and my strawberries were of the organic frozen variety.  Yum!
