Spicy Asian garbanzo and soy bean stir fry

What you need: 

2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoons olive oil + more
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 cup edamame
large white onion
1 small cabbage. diced
3 large garlic cloves
1 jalapeño, seeds in for spicier
salt and pepper, to taste
couple dashes soy sauce
1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained
chille powder, to taste

What you do: 

1. Heat up the sesame oil olive oil . Add sesame seeds.
2. Add edamame, onion, garlic, cabbage, and jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper and cook on medium heat until cabbage is cooked down, and onions have turned clear.
3, While the vegetables are cooking, in a small sauce pan add about 1 inch olive oil and heat. Add garbanzo beans. Cook until they are lightly browned on the outside and then drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a dash of chile powder.
4. Once vegetables are done, add a few dashes of soy sauce, just enough to lightly coat the veggies. Combine vegetables and beans, and serve over your choice of rice or noodles.
