Tofu Smoothie

What you need: 

8 medium sized strawberries
1 banana
1/2 block of tofu (any firmness you like)
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract or vanilla beans
1 cup soy milk

What you do: 

Basically, just throw everything in the blender.
Add more of things you like, try other fruits!
I like it thick, add less tofu if you like it runnier, or add more soy milk. the ripeness of the banana determines texture as well.
For a sweeter smoothie, add more sugar or nectar, or even add more strawberries.
Healthy and delicious!
