Attn Vegan bakers! Urgent HELP needed with recipe!

I'm going to make banan bread but it is a recipe from my grandmother that is widely used and lovedf in our family. I'm wondering how you would alter this recipe and what egg replacer you think would work best! If you could sub agave nectar, how would it affect the recipe?

Thank You so Much!!

2 1/4 cup flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 t. b. powder
1 1/4 t. b. soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
3/4 t. nutmeg
3/4 t. cloves
2/3 cup margarine
3 T. milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs

Thanks Everyone! :)

just use 2 Tbs of ground flax and mix it with 4 Tbs of water before adding to the other ingredients.
i'm not sure about using agave nectar as a sweetener though, you probably want to stick with something dry so you won't affect the texture too much

I used flax eggs in a cake recipe recently & they worked great!!! It's one TB ground flax + 3 TB water per egg & then pu tit in a blender or food processor for a while until the mixture gets goopy, like eggs- really works well! I wouldnt try changing the sugar, just use a raw sugar & plain soymilk for the milk, not sur eabout the yogurt though, I guess try a vegan yogurt, I haven't tried any yet.

I don't use egg replacer in my banana bread ~ doesn't need it!  :)

I don't think the eggs are acting as a binder in the recipe but a.... poofer upper...
I'd use flax eggs (nutty flax flavor sounds good in banana bread) or ener-G eggs.

If you really want to get the recipe close to how it was originally, I wouldn't sub agave until you have the 'egg' how you want it. And try the bread.
Then the next time you make it you can use agave.
To sub agave for sugar you can do it 1:1 then reduce the liqiud in the recipe by 1/3
(Personally, I'd take the 3 T milk out and reduce the yogurt to a scant 1/2 c. or 1/3 c.)
