Gluten free pastry help

I'm very passionate about baking, and cooking for a matter of fact, but I would love to own my own gluten free/ vegan bakery. I have mastered vegan baking but now for the gluten free part. I just tried making my own flour and it was not successful so I was wondering if any one out there has some great tips for gluten free baking or other tips for my dream!

Have you looked at the Babycakes cookbook? They are a vegan, gf bakery with AWESOME desserts.

I have and I researched the book in detail and those recipes are not the ones they use. I think I just have to do more experimenting with cookbooks
