Got some dill...what to cook?

I bought a lovely batch of fresh dill to make the Russian kabachkovaya Ikra recipe I just found in the new recipes (Why can't I review it--do I have to wait for it to be an old recipe? I think it's delicous!) Anyway, I've got a good amount of leftover dill, and I want to make something very, very dilly and not too difficult. What would you do with this dill?
Try this:
Cucumber Raito Salad

Not quite a regulation Raita, so...Raito.
i make potato salad and put a lot f dill in that. its a pretty simple herb... goes well with unhealthy fried potatoes :) yum
I do not have a recipe but stuffed grapes leaves have a nice amount of dill. From the recipes I have read, they seem easy to make. :)
Refrigerator Pickles!!!
yumyumyum...*heads for fridge*
Do you have the link to the Russian recipe?
Dill should make an awesome potato salad. Or you could go all the way and make a tartar sauce to go over beer battered malt vinegar marinated tofu.
The later is what I am in the mood for, honestly. mmmm Tofishy goodness!

It's on this site: Russian "Kabachkovaya Ikra" (Summer Squash Puree) . Can't get the search feature to work or the link to "more new recipes", but it's there, when the link works. I wanted to review it, but it seems like it's too new? DH and DD said I used too much dill, but I love it the way I made it, with maybe 1/4-1/3 c. of minced fresh dill.
easy dilly ranch dressing- mix the dill into some veganaise with onion powder, garlic, S+P, and some water so there ya go.
use generous amounts in a otato or seitan salad. One of my favorite salad's at Whole Foods is a seitan salad, a vegan "chicken" salad made with seitan, Veganaise, scallions, seasonings and lots of dill.
A dilly tofu mayonnaise salad with lots of fresh dill is yummy.
Or to keep with the Russian theme make Pelmeni! ;)b
I usually use dill to make split pea soup in the fall.
I like to make a pita wrap sometimes with veganaise, lots of dill, chickpeas, onion, and a little lemon. Just mix it all up and pack it in. :)
