Grating soy cheese

Does anyone know how to grate soy cheese without having most of it stuck in the grater? I don't have a blender or food processor....so don't say to use a blender or food processor ;)b

And oiling it doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw a cooking show once upon a time where they stuck a chunk of mozzarella in the freezer for 20-30 mins before attempting to grate it. Soy cheese is kinda sticky like mozz, so I always do that when I'm grating. FWIW, the uncheddar from the uncheese cookbook (the one with cashew and agar and pimento) grates up very nicely, even without freezing.

Also to make sure a barely meltable cheese melts, use a zester to grate it!  The tiny size helps it all kind of melt better.
