How many VegWeb recipes a week?

So about how many recipes a week do you use from VegWeb? No real reason for asking aside from curiosity.

I think I'm, on average, using two a week. Usually one stand-by tried and true recipe, and one experiment.

This week:

(Oh yeah!)

A bit above average for me this week.   8)

hmm since im currently unemployed for the most part, i have lots of time to look up recipes and cook..  i would say last week i made like 4 or 5 things...  which is fun cus when i'm working i cook maybe 2 times a week.  and even then i use the word "cook" very loosely.

I made two just on saturday! Easy Pancakes & Happy Vegan choc chip cookies. I highly recommend both! Really depends on the week, plus I have a habit of looking at a recipe & then just loosely following it & making a lot of substitutions. Like I havent made guacamole in a while so I looked up a couple recipes to get ideas for tonight, but I won't actually measure anything. The next new recipe I'm going to try is the lemon cake either tonight or tomorrow I hope.

It was more, but I am fighting gluten free stuff right now.  This weekend I made butter bean and leek pie, but thought it made a better soup, so made it that way.  Eating heaven.  A pasta salad with rice pasta and cucumbers, yellow and red tomato, dill pickles, and added a can of kidney beans not called for, but totally lovely in it (remember me? I-can't-eat-enough-beans Dragonfly?)  It was very very good.

I cook almost all of our meals. I probably use an average of 3 or 4 a week. One of them always being dragonfly's uncheese mix.

the enchiladas you mentioned are one of my favorites. I've made them several times. Now I usually just use some of dragonfly's mix instead of the cheese sauce on there. It's way easier and just as tasty.

At least one. As DH often won't touch my food (too many wierd vegetables!), it lasts for at least 3 meals so between one and two a week.

I just had to chuck a batch of hummus because it was fermenting...bummer.

that happens to me too... when you live in a household, and are the only vegan or vegetarian, AND you have family members who like their meat and potatoes, good vegan food often goes to waste. it's tough just cooking for myself, because I don't want to try out or make recipes - things will go bad before I can finish them off!

I usually make one or two in big quantities because I'm a busy, busy guy and like to have leftovers as much as possible.
