Lost a recipe...losing my mind!

OK, so I finally found sundried tomatoes here. We won't go into the price...but anyway. I had seen some kind of sundried tomato hummus or at least a sandwich filling on here, I believe it was one of baypuppy's recipes, but do you think I can find it now? I "searched" sun dried tomato and got zilcho satisfaction.

Anybody know what I'm talking about? Baypuppy?

i'm flattered though that it is MY recipe that you wanted to make with your hard-sought SDTs!!

I think I used too much balsamic (I never actually measure anything unless I'm baking). It came out a little salty, and I didn't add any salt. Next time I want to try it with lemon juice.
It was even better the second day. I had it on toast...yumbles, breakfast!
And I used dried basil but I think fresh would be better. It's surprising the difference...dried basil has a much "darker" flavour. Baypuppy, which did you use, dry or fresh?
