my lima beans are white

i have dry Lima beans. They are white. will they turn green when I cook them?

I don't think they. They come in different colors green and white are the most common.
oh...do they all taste the same?
I'm not sure about the white limas. I recently bought some limas for the Mediterranean Lima Bean Salad with Grape Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, and Marinated Tofu from Vegan Planet. The ones I bought were frozen and called Fordhook lima beans; they were green.
I looked up lima beans on www.foodnetwork.com. They don't mention limas as being any other color besides pale green. However, there are some that are apparently mottled with purple and are known as calico or speckled butter beans. Here's the link:
